Program
While
you can chose any coaching session format that suits you,
often clients ask me what type of program I would recommend.
For maximum benefit, I strongly recommend you consider committing
to coaching for a minimum of 3 months as the benefits of coaching
build up over time. In this way you will make this experience
as valuable as possible. I realize this is not always suitable
for everyone’s budget and I am flexible to accommodate
for this. Please discuss this with me after your first free
session.
