Viv works with individuals to attain a better work life balance and to find the time to work on, instead of in, your business and enjoy every moment.
She has over 20 years experience in small business management and ownership. Currently she owns a large pharmacy in a busy regional shopping centre. Her strengths are a genuine desire to support and help others and an ability to overcome challenge. Being a pharmacist has given her a degree of insight into the many things people need to support their health (including weight management and smoking). Owning a business that employs over 20 staff has also given her insight into the best ways to gain maximum performance from your team and of course understanding all the problems getting there!
Her life is now based on the richness of challenge and the motto of 'what doesn't kill us makes us stronger!' She has a strong 'can do' attitude and an empathy and understanding that will instantly make you feel comfortable.
As a mother of 3 young children and a business owner she understands the demands of life and the conflict we can carry in our differing roles.
She brings to the coaching relationship a curiosity to learn about you, to find out where you want to go and her life experience. Together, she will create a partnership where you decide where you want to go. She will listen to you, support you to see new possibilities and help you to focus on how to get there.
Her qualifications include a Certificate of Coaching (Coach School Perth, WA), Certified Professional Coach with International Coach Academy, a member of the International Coaching Federation, a Bachelor degree in Pharmacy and a Post Graduate degree in Community Pharmacy. She also sits on the Pharmacy Guild state branch committee and has contributed articles to newspapers on the benefits of coaching.
